1. Introduction

Welcome to Greek Subs App ("the App"), operated by Kamil Piotr Kamieniecki ("we", "us", "our"), registered at Skiathou 141, 11255, Greece.

By downloading or using our App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App (in line with EU GDPR requirements). By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Transmit any harmful, offensive or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Reproduce, duplicate or resell any part of the App without permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features and functionality of the App are owned by Greek Subs App and are protected by EU and international copyright laws.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

You have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing
• Data portability

7. Payments & Subscriptions (if applicable)

• All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by EU law, Kamil Piotr Kamieniecki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.

EU users also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
